Plan on samsung to break and no one to service

it is a great looking appliance but several flaws. 1. everytime it self cleans the coating on the inside of the oven flakes. 2. door handle to microwave broke several days ago and no appliance person will touch samsung kitchen appliances and the company is terrible at resolving or helping find an approved technican that will repair their products. 3. reboots often randomly 4. wont connect to internet so alot of the smart features for the product dont work.

Wish we'd bought a different brand

our unit has so many annoying issues we regret the purchase decision. (we purchased it 3 years ago.) 1) it crashes and reboots randomly 2) after crashing it loses its ntp settings and thus the clock drifts. 3) when i contacted samsung about this issue they wanted me to pay to send a tech out to resolve the issue. 4) the circular part that supports the glass platter inside is easily broken if it is in anyway twisted. i've had to replace our's twice so far. 5) the steam reservoir melted. 6) the ui just sucks. i've seen dvd menus more user friendly than this one's. in addition the response time is laggy.

Poor design

I would give this oven 5 stars except for one annoying feature. The clock goes to sleep after an hour. A oven clock is pretty standard fair so to not have one that stays on is a very poor design. The reason for 1 star is because this has been a known issue for a long time and Samsung has done nothing about it. A simple software update and it would be fixed. It speaks to Samsungs customer service or lack of.

Very disappointed

I purchased this oven, along with the matching refrigerator. and dishwasher. I have had issues with the oven temperature not reaching the temperature I selected. I program the oven, to 350 deg, the bell rings, letting me know it has reached the temp, but it has not. I have 3 thermometers in the oven, they all say 300deg. I have called Samsung, and have gotten the run around. The 'senior tech' says that this is normal, that you are supposed to wait another 15 minutes, after the bell, to allow the oven to reach the temp I selected. This is absurd. I didn't pay almost $5,000 to have oven that does not reach the temp, when the bell rings. I am in an ongoing argument with Samsung. Some of the service people agree with me, but it seems the 'boss' says this is normal. I am waiting for the 4th repair techs to show up again. I would suggest NOT purchasing this oven, as, I am very sorry I did. I am hoping Samsung will step up to the plate and fix this issue. The oven is worthless to me.

Fantastic high end features

This oven and microwave combination is so good! It cooks everything perfectly. You insert the food inside, you tell it what you want and voila! Perfectly prepared. The downsides: 1. The manual is quite large 2. Samsung had promised a Concierge service with a demo and it did not happen
