paint started peeling off after 1 year .. standard reply from samsung not covered under warranty ... after just 2 years range looks pathetic and ugly... worst product..... samsung is not ready to accept their issues and rectify... a quick search on internet revels most of their stainless stoves suffer from same issue... stay away.. don't waste your money on samsung appliance

i was using my stove to make breakfast this morning. as i moved my pan off the element to another element the glasstop cracked. i have only had the stove for 2 years and i don't believe that should have happened.

i bought this product in december of 2017 just because i wanted to update my appliances. i've been so disappointed with the stove top. it's difficult to keep clean. all products leave smudges and scratches just appear everywhere.
i had my previous ge for 17 years and it still looked new when i gave it away.

we got this range stove to replace our old frigidaire range it was working fine still but my wife wanted to match every single appliance in our house to out samsung black stainless steel fridwe got them at lowe's everything was looking and working good.
in the first week we noticed tiny bubles in the glasstop but we did not care too much about it then "magicaly" light scratches started to appear.
after using the oven the very first time to bake a frozen pizza we got a few sauce drops in the oven, next day we tried the self cleaning feature and waited for 3 hours plus the necesesary time to the door to get unlocked to discover sad things.
the ceramic paint in bottom of the oven was cracked/chipped in several spots the heat element is hidden under the bottom and damaged the paint

oven functions fine, but after only a few months, the cooktop is covered in several large, cloudy, and ugly stains that cannot be removed. this damage is not covered by warranty.

I bought the entire product line to replace my old appliances in my kitchen. This stove has been great - I love the 5th warming burner that this stove offers and the front burners of the stove have two different heating options to accomodate different size pots. The bake feature offers convection and non convection and a dehyrdate feature. Its a great looking stovfe and the price was fantastic when I bought all of the appliances in a bundle. I didnt give it a full five star rating because it does take a little while for the oven to heat.

I bought this to replace an outdated stove during a kitchen upgrade. The stove has plenty of features but is simple to use. The finish is beautiful with my cabinets and is easy to clean.

had this for 25 days and can't get the top clean. i use cookware designed for the stove but that doesn't help. it looks 10 years old and steaks like mad when wiped down with a wet cloth.

Disappointment with broiler

We bought this range 3 weeks ago and found that it has been all that we hoped for until we put a steak under the broiler. It did a wonderful job on the Thanksgiving turkey and all stove top cooking, but the broiler was painfully slow compared to the 20 year old range we replaced.

What drew me to this range are the two large front burners. It became almost immediately clear that only one ( the front left side burner) was properly working. The fast boil option only works on the left hand side, rendering the right large burner completely useless. When i try to boil a pot of water on it, regardless if i turn on the small burner or both, the water takes an extremely long time to come to a boil. Starting to wonder if i got a lemon. The 2 smaller back burners are impossible to use when the front 2 are occupied. This is related to the rane design, other manufacturers split the large and small burners up, stacking them criss cross from each other. Done this way you can easily access them even when most of the burners are occupied. This is by far the worst range I've ever owned. Do not recommend it.

I really like this stove. It is definitely better than m y previous one. The burners heat quickly and the top is easy to clean. The bake, broil, convection and dehydrator features work well too. Bacon cooks evenly. The only nuisance is the clicking sound while using the oven.

No matter how low you put the burners you cannot truely simmer anything. I put it on 1, the lowest setting, but it still runs too hot. Have even tried using the smallest ring despite the size of my pot, no good. Now I just keep taking my pot off and on the burner to get my food to simmer. Very disappointed with product and customer service.

This oven is a great value as well as very efficient. All stovetop element have instant heat. The warming center is convenient for keeping something warm. The convection fan assist allows oven to preheat in half the time of conventional baking oven. Very satisfied with this product.
