Then the replacement part failed after one week LG service was rigid and refused to consider my expenses of over $500 for double the service appointments.

Ive had my LG refrigerator a few weeks and so far Im pleased with my purchase. I really like the modern look of the unit and that was the driving force behind my purchase. Of concern is the ice-maker. My household is one person and the ice-maker barely keeps up with my needs. Im not sure how it would do with a large household. I also find the ice-maker loud but its manageable. All in all I like the refrigerator. If possible I would purchase a larger model because freezer space is limited in this size but if kitchen space is limited this is a great option.

My wife and I purchased this LG side-by-side refrigerator due its smaller size and the convenience of ice and water in the door. We made the purchase in July 2023 and have experienced nothing but trouble with the ice maker from day one. Their are only two of us in the household and I am the only person that consistently uses ice and the ice maker cannot keep up with my needs although I have switched on the ice makers party mode to make more ice. I called the LG Help Line about 1 month of my purchase and they walked through the ice maker re-set which was just a temporary fix. Now I get Zero ice. I called again on the 21st and LG informed me that would need a technician to look at my refrigerator. The technical company touched base with me Saturday morning and informed me the are ordering parts they havent identified the issue but theyre ordering parts. I am fixing to purchase my 6th bag of ice today and still have not heard when someone will be out to fix the problem.

Got it on Aug 26 2023. Drawers at the bottom should have handels on top not at the bottom. Should be one small drawer underneat one of the shelfs for small items. Water dispencer should have its touch for each optionwater cube ice crushed ice. Good fridge. Would be nice if i could control thru app.

Ive had my LG refrigerator a couple of weeks now and I am very pleased. I replaced an older model refrigerator that had lasted many years. This LG model looks great and makes my kitchen look more upscale and modern. I like the in door ice dispenser. It is circular and helps prevent ice from falling onto the floor while being dispensed. My family is small so the ice maker produces an adequate amount of ice but Im not sure it would be sufficient for a larger family. I purchased the counter depth and while there is less space inside it fits in my space perfectly. All in all this refrigerator is what I need but does not provide a lot of extra space. I would purchase again.

I recently purchased this LG refrigerator and am so glad I did Its a perfect counter depth unit for the space in my kitchen. It starting working for the moment they installed it and I am so pleased with its performance. The only change Id make is to have a center drawer instead of two lower ones and Id have a handle at the top of the drawer instead of the bottom. Ive purchased two installable drawers from Amazon and easily installed them at eye level. I highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for the perfect addition you kitchen

I have only bought LG products for a long time for myself and my family. But I do not know why your company would use a stainless steel finish that goes in a kitchen like this. You cant even walk by it without the finish being marked or fingerprinted and why you would put drawers in a refrigerator with the the pulls to open it are on the bottom of the drawers so that you have to bend to the floor to open the drawers its the worst design for a kitchen. If I could return it and exchange it I do not recommend this refrigerator at all.

I bought this refrigerator because Consumer Reports rated it high esp on noise. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of room in this counter depth refrigerator. Its all I wanted and more. Esp its quiet I love it. My disappointment was with the delivery company LG chose. One the delivery date they did not show up despite me checking twice with the people who made the appointment. They assured me the guys would give me a 30 minute courtesy call. They neither called or showed up. The eventually did deliver it but they did not call. They just shows up. Enough about that but while the fridge is great LG wheys low marks in the delivery company they chose.

I bought the more modern updated LG sided-by-side model without the handles. I thought everything else would pretty much be the same as my previous LG. However the new design of the storage shelves is thin and less durable. They also put the slide access on the drawers underneath the drawers so you have to stoop down to the floor to open a drawer. Terrible Customer Service - Do Not Buy

I have never written a bad review on-line but I want people aware of my terrible experience with LG. Our LG refrigerator was working well but then we started experiencing a chemical odor in the refrigerator and freezer sections after 2-3 months. I contacted customer service and they sent someone out to fix. The person was in my house for 5-10 minutes and said nothing was wrong. I contacted customer service at least 20 times after this visit to get someone to come back as the problem still exists. They refuse to come back and fix. I still have this problem and I have even thrown away food as the chemical odor has made the food inedible. The chemical odor is in the fridge and the freezer. We can still drink the water but the ice tastes like chemicals as well because it is exposed in the freezer section. This has been an absolutely terrible experience and please be careful. I am very surprised as LG normally has been very reliable. And dont try to ask for a manager as they dont have any? Absolutely terrible customer service

Had ice maker issues but has been resolved. Not happy that the crisper cheese/meat drawers do not have a humidity control slide control on the drawer. Items go bad too quickly you should not have to wrap everything up as that speeds up decay process sometimes.

Had now a few weeks no issues what so ever very spacious even though shelves arent adjustable they are spaced that dont need to be adjusted door bins are large and very functional lighting is good really like the smaller ice cubes temperatures in freezer and fridge consistent to setting as far as noise quiet really quiet someone had posted when opening doors would hit their foot dont really understand that for no problem here opening doors and hitting my feet like I said so far so good hopefully a year from now or 12 years from now its still operating with the five star rating

Hello. Ice maker cannot keep up with just myself even after preloading it with ice from the store. Unfortunately there are other people in my house as well. Ice turn out about every 2-3 hours and they are small cubes. The doors are very low to the ground so you will scrape off the top of your feet if you dont stop and think every time you open the refrigerator. Not what you should have to do while trying to get some breakfast out first thing in the morning. Nope. Ouch. I would like to return it but who has time for that. This fridge is a bust

Brand new fridge delivered 3 weeks ago. Works well and otherwise seems like a quality product but today the top glass freezer shelf spontaneously shattered. Upon opening freezer door I discovered contents of the entire freezer covered in a million tiny many invisible shards of glass. Hundreds of dollars worth of food in freezer is a total loss. Hours of cleaning and bleeding and vacuuming later we are still finding minuscule shards of glass Im the freezer cavity and all over the floor. There was very little weight placed in the glass no sudden change in temperature. It truly seems just to have shattered on its own overnight.

Perfect Fit for a Tight Space

We recently bought a condo that needed all new appliances. We decided on LG for the whole kitchen plus a new LG TV. We have beautiful kitchen cabinets that we hated to rip out so that a refridgerator would fit under them. LG had the solution and we LOVE IT The water and ice on the door is awesome. The side by side feature works well - while looking like a hip quad door unit. Highly recommended appliance

Looks nice but doesnt work

We have had nothing but problems with our unit since the day it was delivered. This model has a design flaw the water line runs behind the crisper drawer and freezes so you have no ice or water in the door. LGs solution is to unplug the unit at night. I would suggest staying away from this model until the design has been changed.

Poor ice maker.DO NOT BUY IT

I bought this a few months ago and I have to purchase 2 bags of ice a week for 3 people. The ice maker in the door doesnt make a lot of ice in a timely manner. Even when I put it on Ice Plus it doesnt fill the container within a 24 hour period. Ice Plus is a stupid feature because it goes off after a small amount of time. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
