I bought this stove a little over 2 years ago but did not install it until March 2022 because the house was under construction. I have had to replace 4 units 3 of the units were covered under a bulletin for replacement should the oven fail to maintain temperature. The lower heating element had to be replaced after the 3 parts were replaced and one cooking session. I submitted a complaint letter to LG with backup on November 5 2023 and have not heard back.

Just got this a little over a week ago and right now am absolutely loving it. Very easy to install and set up. Beautiful and fits my kitchen perfectly. The only thing I am not 100 happy with is the bottom storage drawer it is a bit small and not the easiest to just open and close. But not a game changer to me.

Bought this as part of a remodel in kitchen. Replaced old appliances with matching LG units. All was good until the 2 year warranty was up. Have to replace a burner control. Also the display control panel LEDs are failing so it makes the display almost unreadable. Again just after my 2 year warranty. Looking at well over $350 in parts alone. Bad choice to get LG appliances.

I bought this stove in March 2023. When the oven gets up to temperature it makes a melody sound which I like but my dog is scared to death when it goes off. I called to LG try to disable the sound I was on the phone with someone I could not Understand for over 40 minutes. I finally just ended the call. I called back and talked to someone else we thought we had the sound disabled but we didnt. Im a baker so its very frustrating that I cant get the melody disabled. Its also a very long wait too long to get to speak to someone. No one around my area works on LG appliances. Thats even more Frustrating

Unfortunately after the first use I noticed the rubber seal around the stovetop was torn and peeling off. Update on problems

Bought stove about a year ago. Posted a review about 6 months ago. Its not showing up on the website any more so Ill update here. I really wonder if the ceramic/glass top technology is so primitive or is it LG cant make a decent stove. My wife hates the glass top because it discolors easily and takes a mountain of elbow grease to make it look good again. I hate the burners because they will heat up to a hard rolling boil but you cant dial back the heat. You can try to turn the knob down from 8 to 5 or 3 or 1 but it doesnt adjust the heat. It is either hard rolling boil or no heat. Called LG to get help. They had me reboot the stove. Then upload photos of the burner set on high. They looked at photos and said it looks fine nothing in the burner is burned out. Case closed. What a waste of time. No one came out to fix it. Havent heard anything back from them. Here are the other problems: drawer at the bottom of the oven is so shallow and small you cant store anything except a broiler pan in it. The oven itself takes a long time to heat up. 10 minutes to reach 350. The timer button is so ultra sensitive that when you try to jump it up in 10 sec intervals it just overshoots and you have back it down by the second. Takes forever to set the thing. Bad engineering. The top is a misery to maintain. And theyre not fixing the stove during the one year warranty. Instead of spending $1000 on this thing buy yourself a $500 electric coil stove. LG makes good TVs and washers. Stick to what you know.

I am deeply disappointed with this stove. Although it cooks just fine and does it I need it to do the stains and residue from pots are extremely hard to get off the glass stove. After one use I had to scrub and it still didnt come all the way off. The bottom of the stove really isnt meant for any pans. It is hard to push in once you pull it out. In my opinion I would upgrade to a different stove top.

We have had great luck with our last range from LG so we bought this as a replacement. While we havent had it long enough to cook with all modes every one we have tried works great. The only complaint would be the material in the top is very hard to clean and will not allow you to move a pan around without lifting it which you should do anyway.

First off the drawer under the oven is very flimsy. We cant get it to go back in. Second called for service. No one in area. We would have to find someone and then hope to get reimbursed. 3 the glass top doesnt clean very well even with cleaner made special for it. 4. Only good thing I can say is the over is pretty and it plays a song when it finishes preheating.

You never know what you are getting until you actually try the product . Some reviews love it others hate it. Put me in the hate it group. As others have said and I confirm the numbers on the dials are hard to read and the glass top shows every little smudge. My biggest complaint is when using the oven the outside edge around the top of the stove gets very warm. In fact the front edge gets so hot that it will burn you. This is a safety hazard. LG says this is normal and I would have to pay for a service call to have it checked even though it is less than two months old and still under warranty. We also purchased a dishwasher at the same time. We returned it because it took 3 hours to wash dishes and then dishes were still not dry. I am not happy with their products or support.

Something terribly wrong with quality of numbers

Ive owned this for almost 2 years. The display panel was just replaced under the extended warranty we purchased from the vendor we bought the range from. I like everything about the range with the exception that the numbers around the dials completely wore off within the first 6 months. When I contacted LG I was told I should only use approved stainless steel cleanserwhich I had Totally unacceptable. Not only can I not read them but it will affect the resale value of my home if we decide to sell. I bought the whole kitchen LG so that it would be upgraded. So disappointing.

I purchased my entire kitchen appliances almost a month ago and they are amazing. From the range with the air fryer to the quiet dishwasher my appliances work great. The refrigerator is large enough to store gallons of milk for my grand baby along with my orange juice and the shelves arent full. The microwave can be controlled from my cell phone and this is just wonderful. I wish I had discovered this brand years ago.

Poor finish on knob numbers.

Ive owned this range for 2 years. The circuit board that displays time temperature etc. has just been replaced by vendor extra warranty that we purchased at time of receipt. The oven and stove top work excellent. The reason for only 3 stars is that the numbers on the stove top next to the dials that show high low the numbers that indicate how high the stove top is at wore off within the first few months of ownership. So we cant see where the knob should be turned to. I emailed LG and their response was I should only use approved stainless cleanerwhich I informed them I had done since day 1. The technician that replaced the circuit board put in a case nbr. for the missing numbers. I will call to see if I can get a resolution.

Received the oven with a broken door panel LG will not fix it the appliance dealer will not fix it. I saw it when it was being installed pointed it out installer said it would be taken care of after taking pics and speaking to appliance dealer so i didnt refuse the delivery. Melted parts

Power cable burned up and melted a piece inside of my stove causing heating to go out for oven and stovetop. Luckily no fire was caused. LG covered someone to come out and fix it but I was required to pay for the new cable for some reason. Even though I also had paid for extended warranty. Also took 4 appointments to get someone to fix it. First two appointments no one showed up the third they said they had to order the part and then waited a week for them to come finally fix it. When the stove is working it works great though and looks nice.
