We had a Newair dual zone that stopped working after only two years and could not be repaired. A waste of nearly $1,000. I researched intensely to ensure that its replacement would not be a repeat of poor reliability. After visiting several various sites I decided to pull the trigger on the Frigidaire FGBC5334VS. We love everything about it but most importantly it keeps beverages COLD!I purchased a 5 year warranty so that I have assurance that I won't soon be replacing this one like the previous brand.

Good looking appliance for my basement wet bar. I have owned this appliance for almost 4 years and it gets very little use and already I need to repair it. It is not working properly and is not cooling beverages to the temperature I set it at - even at 34 degrees.

Never received the product on day of delivery. Called frigidaire 4 times and the customer service is beyond terrible. Two of the associates promised to call me within an hour and neither of them ever called. Then I spoke to a supervisor and she was very rude and intentionally hung up on me. Glad i have all these calls recorded so i can post on social media. This was my first and last time ever buying a Frigidaire product. Stay away from this company.

Using mine in free-standing mode and runs quiet and seems to hold temperature well. It has the features of the more expensive options, like digital temperature control, automatic door light and full glass front panel. Door seals especially following the instructions to use the leveling feet to create a slight backward decline. Shelves have a few adjustable heights but wish they actually would easily pull out during normal operation to reach items in the back easily.

This fridge worked great for 2 1/2 years. This morning discovered it beeping incessantly, control panel not working at all. Tried unplugging and restarting, but no change. Really shocked to see only a 1 year warranty on this appliance. This is not an issue of abuse or improper use. This is just a complete failure. Can we not expect appliances to last 10 years, or at least a warranty for the first several years? I can't believe we're going to have to spend another $800 to get a new one--repair would most certain be more, given where we live.

The cooler is a great size and fits perfectly. Looks great and keeps things cold. The digital display stopped working about a month after we got it. Very disappointed, but they sent me my money back ( minus the tax I paid on it) and I ordered a second cooler. This one is working fine so far.

Great little unit. I would give 5 stars but the door is touchy. You really have to close it gently and make sure it's sealed. The magnets are not very strong and it pops back open unless you make sure it's sealed

I have had this beverage fridge for a little over 2 weeks now. . The unit gets cold and stays cold. The main reason I purchased this fridge is the ability to set it lower than 37 degrees. There are not many I could find that do this. I currently have it set to 36 and haven™™t felt the need to go lower. I do see what people are talking about in regards to the door bouncing back wellness shut but as long as you are conscious of it or just hold the door while you shut it. In my opinion it™™s not a huge deal. Unit also looks very sleek. All in all I am very pleased.

I like the looks, and the interior light and sound it makes. Very comforting. I liked the fact that the temp control went down to 34. But it stopped cooling after a few years. When its set to 34, it gets to about 47 in the summer and if the sunroom its in gets to 60 its gets to perhaps 40-42. Now I have another project to go through repairs (internet says it's $600 to repair). Plus I had lift it over a bar and remove doors to install it. Others seemed to have a good experience but that was the honeymoon after installing it.

We've only had it in use for a few weeks but so far, so good. Happy so far with the unit, starting with the quality of packaging to protect the unit. Previously we purchased a VinoTemp brand unit and received 3 consecutive units that were damaged because of poor packaging so we gave up on that brand and went with this Frigidaire unit.

Unit initially didn™™t cool down to set temperature. I did a hard reset (unplugging for about 45 minutes). This corrected the issue. Unit could offer more options to adjust shelf height; however for the price, a very good choice.

We love our beverage center. We had one in a previous home after a different brand and model failed; the Frigidaire replace a much more expensive fridge and became a favorite. Worst company ever!!Buyer Beware Don™™t buy Frigidaire products. We™™ve had this beverage center for 8 months. It died. They sent us a virtual card. It doesn™™t work. We have been on the phone for weeks with them (third party, out of country) customer service. We™™ve also spoken to the bank who issued the card. We™™ve been told to use it at Lowe™™s. It doesn™™t work. We™™ve been told we can only use it online at Frigidaire.com. They have NO products we can use!! Today my husband was on hold for over an hour, transferred back and forth and finally hung up on!! They just disconnected him while he was on hold. Ridiculous!! A truly horrible experience!!

The fridge looks great. Easy to adjust temp to make your beverages as cool as you would like. Have to take caution when closing door that it doesn™™t reopen. It has happened a couple times so slow closed to make sure it stays closed is necessary. area is not a full size shelf as the motor or something must be behind that area happy overall
