Frigidaire Chest Freezer - Dead on Arrival
Purchased a chest freezer in June, got really busy and didn't plug it in till 3 weeks later. The compressor was working, the electrics were working, but it wasn't getting cold. Called support and they sent out a tech. He told me it was a refrigerant leak, and they would be sending me a replacement. It takes 7-10 days to process the return so I am patiently waiting. Fingers crossed!
